Morning, I'm Richard. I lead technical delivery at Ellodave, and build the internal tools and AI workflows that make the team faster. Outside of work you'll usually find me knee-deep in a side project, hunting down a decent coffee, or taking orders from a labradoodle called Mabel.
Over the past ten years I have designed and built for education, e-commerce, manufacturing, and creative industries — from junior designer to leading all things digital at the same Staffordshire-based agency.
Along the way I have been involved in major campaign launches, built custom workflows to streamline agency processes, and helped clients scale the platforms their teams rely on every day — now across 20+ client sites. I care about performance, accessibility, and the small details that make a product feel considered rather than rushed.
